The TMR monitoring system automatically sends the feeding plan to the system controller of the intelligent ingredient system, and achieves automatic intelligent ingredient preparation according to the order of ingredients. Each silo will be equipped with a display screen, which enables the upload of silo related data such as entry and exit details, weight recording, and remaining material warning for each silo. The system strictly follows the weight specified in the feeding plan to reduce ingredient errors. The intelligent TMR feeding trucks completes tasks such as unmanned driving, mixing, feeding, and leftover material cleaning based on instructions issued by the TMR monitoring system. The TMR monitoring system can record the type and weight information of the truck feed in real time, and can also record the feeding information of the TMR trucks in the pen in real time, which is convenient for analyzing the actual feed intake changes of the cow in the pen, uploading them to the system in a timely manner, and exporting corresponding data reports for data comparison.
